Since breaking into the industry in 2007, Serko has cultivated a reputation for being a tour de force in travel management and expense technology. Their newest addition to their suite of products, Zeno, is a platform that helps organisations intuitively manage their corporate travel.
N4 partnered with Serko to provide HubSpot support. But as we continued working together, it became clear we could help in other avenues as well. N4 is a Webflow Enterprise Partner, positioning us to help enhance their digital presence through a new brand direction and website that aligns more closely with the brand and target audience.
We worked in synergy with the Serko team, allowing for a highly collaborative approach. With a significant project scope, valuable feedback, and creative liberties, we were able to create a high calibre of deliverables that aligned with Serko’s mission to create a connected, frictionless travel experience. This also involved reimagining Zeno’s website, ensuring consistency across the company’s online presence.

Serko is a global travel technology company, powering more than 4 million online bookings annually across 150+ countries. N4 was tasked with the challenge of showcasing Serko’s product offering in a way that resonates with users, stripping it back to basics while still capturing the essence of the brand.
Before moving into the delivery of the site, we decided to first delve into the brand itself. This would involve working closely with the Serko team to establish a fresh new approach that aligns with their specific goals.
Better outcomes through collaboration
We spent extensive time developing Serko’s branding elements before addressing any of the website deliverables. Having this as our primary focus early on would set us up for a more seamless process moving forward. The Serko team provided us with full creative freedom, yet were actively involved in the collaboration process to ensure we were on the right path.
This strong partnership ultimately allowed for greater experimentation, resulting in bolder and more memorable outcomes. This collaboration is essential at N4, although creating these partnerships requires mutual trust to be built over time; so a special shout out to Serko for allowing this partnership to come to fruition.
Seamless animations for quick information delivery
Showcasing Serko’s offering in an upfront and effective way was crucial to the delivery of their website. We achieved this by combining digestible pieces of content with animation, creating an engaging experience that doesn’t overwhelm the user.
Prominent call-to-actions and similar navigation
We wanted to make the entire site feel simple, accessible and seamless. This was not only to meet good user experience standards but also to align with the overall Zeno product experience. We want people to feel like Zeno is there to help for all your business travel needs.
